Weight Hypnotherapy and YOU (WHY), Weight Reduction Program, 8 Sessions
This fantastic Weight Reduction Program has been put togther by Dr. Judith Pearson, a specialist in this area. This proven program is most effective when you combine the sessions with healthy eating and incorporate regular exercise into your lifestyle. The sessions are designed to help you stop obsessing with ‘diets’ and enable you to:-

The program uses a mix of NLP, Coaching and Hypnosis to tackle negative eating patterns and focuses on creating new and more empowering mind-sets, habits and behaviours around food.

The trouble with dieting is that the approach is a ‘one size fits all’ mentality but YOU are very much an individual with YOUR own mind set, who may have unhelpful behaviours to conquer such as over-eating, emotional eating or even some hidden limiting beliefs, any of  which can cause a person to sabotage any weight loss success; the classic mind-set of the yo-yo dieter.

WHY Program Overview:

Session 1: Program Overview and Interview
In this session we will set your goals and plan how to personalize the program for YOU! You’ll receive The WHY Program Client Workbook and a hypnosis relaxation CD. You can get started right away.

Session 2: “Why Do I Overeat?” Examining unconscious motivations

Session 3: Self Hypnosis Training for managing habit and emotions

Session 4: Stress Management for ending Emotional Eating

After the fourth session, you will schedule additional sessions when you have reduced at least four pounds, between each session. Reduce four pounds, and schedule the next session. You are in charge, so you work at your own pace. You don’t advance to the next step until you are actually losing weight! Motivation improves when you actually see results

The remaining four sessions, below, are one-hour hypnotherapy sessions, customized to your needs. You will receive a CD recording of each session.

Session 5: Sensible Eating Choices—What you eat.

Session 6: An Intelligent Relationship with Food—How you eat.

Session 7: Motivation to Exercise

Session 8: Deeper Hypnosis for Lasting Change and Self-Assurance.

Please note that it is not on offer to anyone suffering with eating disorders and that I may need to contact your Doctor if you are on certain medications or have certain medical conditions to check if these might hinder your progress.
