Combination Session - Mix of Hypnotherapy, NLP/Time Line Therapy™:
Initial Session £125 (up to 2 hours)
Follow up Sessions £95 (up to 1½ hours)
Hypnotic Gastric Band (minimum 3- 5 sessions recommended):
Initial - ½ hour consultation, free of charge
Session one - slimming hypnotherapy £95
Session two - identifying obstacles and limiting beliefs in way of success and unblocking these £95
Session three - Hypnotic Gastric Band £150
Sessions 4, 5 and any further follow up sessions £70 (hypnotic adjustment to the band)
(Please be prepared for the sessions to last anything between 1 - 2 hours)
Stopping Smoking (minimum 3 – 5 sessions recommended):
Initial ½ hour consultation - free of charge
Sessions one, two and three - £150 each session
Further follow up sessions £70 (if required)
Please note the number of sessions can sometimes depend the length of time being a smoker, this can be discussed at initial consultation and reviewed after each session.
All other Hypnotherapy Sessions:
Initial 15 min consultation - free of charge
Initial Session £85 (approx 1 ½ hour)
Follow up sessions £70 (approx 1 hour)
Generally in hypnotherapy the number of sessions a person requires depends on each individual; you may need anything between 1 and 6 sessions and in some cases perhaps one or two more - this is entirely dependent on how receptive your unconscious mind is to the changes that are being introduced, how much you want the desired result and the length of time it takes to remove any mental obstacles in the way of success.
