Well now you can with the Virtual Hypnotic Gastric Band! The Virtual or Hypnotic Gastric Band (as it is often referred to) is the safer alternative to the real gastric band operation. This actual gastric band operation involves placing a band around the top region of the stomach creating a small pouch that can hold approximately ½ cup of food.
When this pouch is full – it sends a signal to the brain that the entire stomach is full. Therefore the patient is hungry less often, feels full more quickly and for a longer period of time, eats smaller portions and loses weight over time. The actual operation is highly complicated and patients can take weeks to recover from it.
The real gastric band operation is only available on the NHS to those who are classified as ‘obese’ and with a BMI of over 30. Done privately it is a highly expensive operation usually costing anything up to £10,000 and requires hospitalisation.
Problems with the actual gastric band surgery:

The real operation is also known to have major complications including risk of general anaesthetic, DVT and MRSA.
So How Does the Virtual or Hypnotic Gastric Band Program Work?
This pioneering form of hypnotherapy involves imagining going through the actual operation whilst under medium to deep trance. The end result is that the client comes away feeling that they have in fact had their stomach reduced significantly in size. This reduction means that they eat less which then results in weight loss.
This process of Hypnotic Gastric Band is offered over four sessions:
Session One - approx 1 ½ to 2 hours
Sessions Two, Three & Four - approx 1-1 ½ hour for each session
After your fourth session you will be required to follow certain dietary requirements such as liquid foods for an initial two days after your virtual operation. From day three you may eat soft foods (for up to two weeks after) and then healthy foods of your choice.
BONUS – included 3 x 15 minute phone coaching sessions* or video conference calls every two weeks between your fourth session and your follow up (8 weeks after your 4th session) when you book and pay for your follow up session in advance.
*phone coaching is where you call me at an agreed time/date, video conferencing is a facility that I set up and that you simply attend but you will need a camera / mic facility on your computer.
