The Firework career coaching sessions consists of 3 stages, the first is ‘explore’ where we look at your life values in detail, your purpose, your powerful ‘self’, your passions and we evaluate your strengths, achievements and skills. We also begin making your ‘ideas bank’.
The next stage is ‘dream’ in which we discover your work themes, for instance the things that you find interesting for you. This leads to a range of career possibilities as well as looking at your ideas bank and drawing from this information.
The final stage ‘discover’ is where we work together to make a plan for you to bring your ideas to fruition.
As I have extensive recruitment skills from my career in HR I also offer sessions on CV advice, letter writing and interview role play.
